American Guns Season 2 Episode 8 “American Guns” airs on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. CST each week in the Oklahoma City area.
AMERICAN GUNS is back with an all-new episode this Wednesday, and we have an exclusive clip previewing the opening scene.
The clip below shows mom Renee and daughter Paige test out an AR-15 complete with a Slide Fire stock.
“When I first saw it I didn’t believe it and thought it was a gimic,” said Rich Wyatt. “I’ll tell you what I was 110% wrong the Slide Fire makes the standard AR-15 run like a machine gun. I’m telling you when people shoot it you couldn’t knock the smile off their face with a baseball bat – it’s rock and roll fun!”
Renee and Paige had a blast taking the gun for a test run.
American Guns Season 2 Episode 8, Fans of “American Guns” love the show and of course Paige Wyatt. Today I was given the chance to talk to Paige Wyatt over email and help her fans get answers to some of their questions about her and the show. Do you want to know what she had to say?
What do you think of the Fans of “American Guns” Facebook page that was made for your family?
I think it’s wonderful, it’s really cool to see people talking about us and coming together to show support.
American Guns Season 2 Episode 8 Steve Waters asks: Starting out the show, did you anticipate the world of reality TV to affect your lives the way that it has and if you could go back knowing what you know would you do it again? Do you have any suggestions for folks that might aspire to become a reality TV personality? How has affected you individually, your family, and your friends?
American Guns Season 2 Episode 8 I didn’t anticipate this life at all, but I would do it again for sure. It’s given me the chance to experience amazing things. But it’s also put a lot if things on hold for me. Like college, friends, relationships, and free time. I have seriously no time to do anything I used to be able to do. And I have to be very careful with what I do now because I am under a microscope now. Any little slip ups can have much more serious consequences. But it’s nothing I cant handle! My advice to anyone who aspires to be in my shoes is to prepare. Prepare to put your life on hold, prepare to be under a microscope, and prepare to have influence. But most of all stay humble, remember that your not really that special, so don’t act like your better than anyone else.
Do you think that some of the drama on the show sends the wrong message to viewers who support you?
American Guns Season 2 Episode 8 I think the drama is a little silly at times but it’s also entertaining. And real, people fight, and argue, and have drama, so why hide that?
Edward Lawson asks: What are each of the family members favorite guns - I know I hear Kurt talk about the .45 - but out of all the guns they shoot which do they love? Also the gunsmiths too?
Colt .45 1911
American Guns Season 2 Episode 8 “It’s so much fun it should be illegal, and I love it even more because the company that invented it is owned by a military vet,” said Rich.
Also on this Wednesday’s episode, a retired Naval Officer commissions a Nock gun – a weapon utilized by the British Navy in the late 1700’s, and Rich brings Kurt along to visit Burt Yellen of H&L Enterprises to check out and purchase the best new guns to stock at Gunsmoke.
Later on, Rich is visited by some Floridians looking for a custom gator riffle, and a revolver in case an alligator gets to close – which has happened to this duo in the past. American Guns Season 2 Episode 8
